My first question is:You will get more detailed information on the herbs and vitamins that will help you with your specific health concerns by visiting a herbalist or naturopathic doctor in your area. A good holistic practitioner will spend the time with you required to determine the underlying causes of any problems. Henriette's Herbal Homepage, at metalab.unc.edu/herbmed/mediher6.html#c3_8 lists information on how to find a herbal practitioner in your area.
Why can ginseng only be taken for one month and then ceased? How long after can you start taking again and what are the side effects, if any? Can this affect surgery if needed?
Second question is:
Can you explain what exactly CoQ enzyme is? Can this be taken daily? Side effects? How does this help the body?
Third question is:
Can several herbs, vitamins, minerals etc. be taken daily? To expand, I am specifically talking about the following: I take these daily, to aid me instead of taking medicines etc., but I am quite concerned as to whether all the below listed can be taken together, with the largest meal of the day (Dinner) at around 6:00 p.m. every night. Please, elaborate or direct me to someone who can help me with this very important issue.
My daily intake: Pycnogenol; CoQ enzyme; was taking ginseng; a multivitamin; selenium; cat's claw; grape seed; was taking feverfew; echinacea; garlic.
Fourth question is:
What do you know about pycnogenol? Elaborate, if you can? Also, is it safe?
