Can anyone recommend an herb for hand tremors? This is not MS or any other serious illness, but a genetic affliction that runs in the family. I tried Calcium-Magnesium, but the tablet is way to large for swallowing. Is there a smaller size for this vitamin?
For a benign hereditary tremor, it may be helpful to feed the nerves with nourishing Skullcap (Scutellaria laterifolia) and Oats (Avena sativa). Oats is best taken as a juice, usually available in health food stores, or as porridge or oat straw tea.
Calcium helps in tremor, and should be taken pulverized for best absorption. The resulting powder may be mixed with honey or rolled in bread pieces for ingestion. Magnesium and Vitamin D assist absorption of calcium.
