I have a question about certain vitamins and herbs that I am taking. I started taking garlic, chromium picolinate, vitamin E, and have always taken a multi vitamin. My question is about the garlic and chromium. I have heard that these will help you with losing weight, but it seems that I have gained a few pounds. I don't think my eating habits have changed and I'm not overweight. I would just like to stay at a certain weight. Do these vitamins and herbs work well together, or is there something else I should take?Garlic is used to help in weight loss as a digestive and as a circulatory enhancer, helping to keep fat from accumulating in the arteries. Since garlic is so beneficial to the heart, blood vessels and immunity, it is a good herb to continue with.
