Please tell me how I can get some fava beans to help me cope with very bad tremors. I'm 45 years old and I have had Parkinson's for 5 years. I also notice that the medications are making me worse but when I stop taking them my shakes gets worse. I'm now on the list for brain surgery (the implanting of the deep brain stimulator). Can you refer me to someone that has this disease and improved after using your herbs? If so please let me know.
Fava beans should be available in supermarkets and health food stores. In providing L-dopa, they are only a part of a holistic treatment for Parkinson's, because the administration of L-dopa is not the whole solution. Some Ayurvedic and other holistic practitioners use fava beans in their treatment of Parkinson's.
