Does garlic oil have somewhat the same medical advantages as pure or raw garlic such as garlic gloves etc.

Some of the active ingredients are very volatile or break down quickly. Allicin is an example. By most accounts, all of the allicin will have disappeared within a few hours after extraction. In order to get the maximum benefit you have to include lots of fresh garlic in your diet.
