Herbs of Magdelinge or Herbs of Madeline

My husband and I were given an herb that we really enjoy cooking with and it is now all gone and we don't know where it came from. We would like to know what is in it so that we can make some up and use it.

Sorry, I do not know what this is and my research has come up with nothing. Is this a brand name or name on a package? Maybe a special mixture that someone named Madeleine developed. Where did you get it? Perhaps someone reading this post will know of it and let us know.
