I read your recent comments on garlic in oil and the possibility on Clostridium contamination. Can you comment on commercial chopped garlic that is sold in jars in grocery stores? Is there a similar concern there?Commercial packed minced garlic has citric acid and potassium sorbate added which are preservatives. These are safe, stored in refrigerator after opening.
