When to Harvest Mints

We have found information on peppermint and spearmint, but we don't know when to cut our chocolate mint, orange mint and lime mint. Do we cut them just before flowering or in full flower or what?

The oils which give the characteristic scent and flavour of the mints are at their highest concentration just before the flowers reach their prime. That is the time to harvest all mints.
